School Development

At Balfour Primary we are continually striving to improve who we were yesterday. We acknowledge the hard work and dedication in getting to where we are today, but every day is also the start of the journey in making our world better place. Every aspect of our actions are specifically linked to our School Development Plan and we ensure our identified priorities areas are addressed by every single member of staff in throughout the school.
Our School Development Plan is very much a working document and is continually being updated - it has a focus but school development includes everything that we do. Please find the headline document below.
Monitoring School Development
We are always monitoring the impact of our school development and seek outside validation whenever possible. We took part in a Challenge Partners review (https://www.challengepartners.org/) as part of this process.
